We’re thrilled to introduce our revamped Summer Programs, featuring a dynamic mix of morning Clubs and afternoon Traditional Summer activities!
Looking for camps that spark your child’s special interests? Explore our summer morning Clubs! These Clubs run in 1-hour blocks between 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM. You can choose one or more Clubs per week—whatever fits your schedule!
Our afternoon Traditional Summer Program is packed with indoor and outdoor games, arts & crafts, sports, STEM activities, and more. Each day is thoughtfully structured, starting with brain-boosting enrichment programs to combat the “summer slide,” and ending with fun, active play to keep kids moving and engaged.

How Can My Child Join?
1. Complete the registration form
(Submit one form per family. Follow all steps during registration and complete the Morning Clubs form for each child, if applicable.)

2. Receive your confirmation email
After submitting the form, you will automatically receive an acceptance confirmation email.
3. Watch for a follow-up email from the Site Director
This email will include one of the following:

An invoice for summer fees, with a breakdown of your selected payment plan or
-
Instructions and links to apply for Child Care Subsidy if financial assistance is needed.

Program Information
Summer Dates June 8 – July 17
Hours & Days Monday through Thursday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
Ages Served K-5th Grade (grade the youth is in for the current during the 2025–2026 school year)
Program Cost / Financial Assistance
Summer program fees are due prior to programs beginning on June 1. Payment options are available.
If you are in need of financial assistance, you must first apply for childcare subsidy. Once your childcare subsidy application is submitted and a case number has been sent to hebervalley@bgcutah.org, continue the process with DWS to finalize your subsidy application.
No child is ever turned away due to the inability to pay.
If your childcare subsidy application is denied, please send your denial letter to hebervalley@bgcutah.org, and your family will be considered for a possible scholarship.
