Registration for the Summer 2026 Program is now OPEN!

How Can My Child Join?

1. Complete the registration form
(Submit one form per family. Follow all steps during registration and complete the Morning Clubs form for each child, if applicable.)

2. Receive your confirmation email
After submitting the form, you will automatically receive an acceptance confirmation email.

3. Watch for a follow-up email from the Site Director
This email will include one of the following:

• An invoice for summer fees, with a breakdown of your selected payment plan or

• Instructions and links to apply for Child Care Subsidy if financial assistance is needed.

Summer Dates     June 1 – June 25

Hours & Days       Monday through Thursday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm

Ages Served          K-5th Grade (grade the youth is in for the current during                                                                                                 the 2025–2026 school year)

Summer program fees are due prior to programs beginning on June 1. Payment options are available.

If you are in need of financial assistance, you must first apply for childcare subsidy. Once your childcare subsidy application is submitted and a case number has been sent to waldenelementary@bgcutah.org, continue the process with DWS to finalize your subsidy application.

No child is ever turned away due to the inability to pay.

If your childcare subsidy application is denied, please send your denial letter to waldenelementary@bgcutah.org, and your family will be considered for a possible scholarship.
