How Can My Child Join?

1. Complete the registration form
Documents Needed for Registration: Before beginning the registration form, please have a copy of each child’s birth certificate available for upload. If you need assistance please email independence@bgcutah.org.

2. Receive your confirmation email
After submitting the form, you will automatically receive a confirmation email acknowledging that your registration has been received.

3. Watch for a follow-up email from the Site Director
The Site Director will send an email confirming your child’s official acceptance into the program. This email will include additional program details, information about program fee invoicing, and resources for families seeking financial assistance.
