How Can My Child Join?

STEP 1: Documents Needed for Registration: Before beginning the registration form, please have one of the following documents ready to upload for each child you are registering:

Birth Certificate or Certificate of Vital Record
Current U.S. or U.S. Territorial Passport
Certificate of Naturalization (Forms N-550, N-570, or N-578) or Certificate of Citizenship (Forms N-560 or N-561)
Permanent Resident Card (Form I-551) or Arrival/Departure Record (Form I-94)
Native American tribal records that include the child’s date of birth

STEP 2: Complete the registration form

STEP 3: Receive your confirmation email
After submitting the form, you will automatically receive a confirmation email acknowledging that your registration has been received.

STEP 4: Watch for a follow-up email from the Site Director
The Site Director will send an email by the beginning of August confirming your child’s official acceptance into the program. This email will include important program details, information about program fee invoicing (if applicable), and resources for families interested in applying for financial assistance.
