TITLE: Facility and Fleet Coordinator
DEPARTMENT: Site Operations
REPORTS TO: Provo Clubhouse Site Coordinator
COMPENSATION: $15 per hour
WORK SCHEDULE: Part-time, 5-10 hours a week

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The facility and fleet coordinator oversees all aspects of building and vehicle management, including safety, training, maintenance, and finance.
KEY ROLES (Essential Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee ordering of parts, supplies, and materials to ensure timely repairs and service
- Review/analyze outsourced maintenance/repairs and warranty repairs
- Ensure equipment is compliant with all state and federal laws and regulations, services, inspections, and licensing
- Oversee preventative maintenance program
- Expedite and prioritize all repairs at an outside vendor
- Track fuel consumption and fuel mileage
- Assure vehicles are fueled and ready for each week
- Assure building and vehicle cleanliness (exterior/interior) for each week
- Maintain records for building and fleet compliance
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide minor repairs
- Arrange and outsource major repairs
- Obtain van certification license
- Obtain first aid and CPR certifications.
- May be asked to drive the van as a substitute for club member pick ups.
RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal: Maintains close, contact with Club administrator/supervisor to receive/provide information, discuss issues, explain guidelines/ instructions; instruct; and advise/counsel.
External: Maintains external community representation of the organization through well maintained and visible vehicles.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
- High school education and experience in required specialty
- Ability to deal with the general public
- Ability to organize and maintain records
- Ability to create a safe environment
- Valid State Driver’s License
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds
OTHER INFORMATION:
If hired, applicants are required to work a set schedule. Applicants must also successfully pass a federal fingerprint and background screening.
Applicants are supervised and supported by the Provo Clubhouse Site Directors.
