Housing Within Reach
What We Offer
Our Housing Program provides a range of housing assistance services to help families achieve stability. Our Homelessness Prevention Program offers short-term, emergency-based rental assistance to help families remain housed when facing eviction, with funding ranging from a one-time payment to up to four months of assistance.
We also support families experiencing homelessness by covering deposits and providing limited subsidized rent to help them secure stable housing. Additionally, our Transitional Housing Program offers deeply affordable housing in a fourplex for up to two years, with a focus on helping parents advance their careers and education.
All programs require that the adults in the household be willing and able to obtain and maintain employment. We partner with the Utah Department of Workforce Services (DWS) and refer families to other needed resources to ensure they receive comprehensive support on their path to self-sufficiency.
